Thornton Beck Bridge

Thornton Beck, which passes the well photographed thatched cottage further upstream in the centre of Thornton Dale village, flows directly underneath Thornton Dale Station. The bridge is quite long, carrying the railway, the platform, the lane to the crossing keepers cottage and the yard at the back of the station building.
