Ings Lane Crossing

On the 1st of December 1908 at 11:08 it was recorded in the Snainton Occurrence book that the Scarborough to Kirbymoorside goods, hauled by Class '59' No.192, ran through the gates here. One gate was broken. The crossing keeper in charge was Jas. Peter Austen.
